Rogue Talent Guide

Executioner (Assassination Rogue):

The mechanics of Assassination have given some very interesting changes to Rogues choosing this now highly buffed tree. No longer behind Combat in raid DPS, Assassination still provides huge burst damage ideal not only for PvP, but Solo as well with the now added bonus of Mutilate no longer having a positional requirement. The title build is more leveling oriented with talents such as Remorseless Attacks, Imp Kidney Shot, and Fleet Footed.

Myrmidon (Combat Rogue):

Although Combat Swords has somewhat been dethroned from it’s pre-WotLK king of DPS seat, Combat still provides an excellent solo and instancing tree. Combat is more at ease then the other trees engaging multiple targets and has no positional requirements.

Shadow Walker (Subtlety Rogue):

Subtlety has also received quite an overhaul in WotLK and while it still remains the PvP tree of choice, it no longer makes great sacrifices to solo and instancing DPS. The title build showcases a the incredible burst damage potential of a dagger-wielding Subtlety Rogue.
