* Activate A Trinket & Cast Evasion + Adrenaline Rush + Blade Flurry

/use 13
/castsequence Evasion, Adrenaline Rush, Blade Flurry

.13 is top trinket slot, 14 is bottom. If Evasion is not up, Adrenaline Rush & Blade Flurry will not come out. There is no way to bypass this at the moment, unless you want to /castrandom and get those abilities out randomly.
* Cast Shadowmend if Stealth is on Cooldown

* Ghost Strike/Hemo

.5 hemos for every ghost strike is plenty. This for me works better than /castrandom Ghost Strike, Hemorrhage, you can try both versions and see which one you prefer.

Allows you to sap anyone within range, and is more effective than mashing regular sap to get other rogues out of stealth.

This mashable macro works well is places that require split-second timing like arenas. If you’re stealthed, you’ll cheap shot, otherwise you’ll stealth. If you are in combat, you’ll gouge.

Clicking this macro will use Instant Poison, ctrl + clicking will use Crippling Poison, shift + clicking will use Wound Poison, alt + clicking will use Deadly Poison, and ctrl + alt + clicking will use Mind-numbing Poison. Left clicking will apply the poison to your main-hand weapon, right clicking will apply to your off-hand.
* Premed/CS in One Button Press Without Global Cooldown

* Riposte/SS

/castrandom Sinister Strike, Riposte

.A very ghetto way to bypass the restrictions. You have to mash this non-stop and it works fine.
* Start autoattacking automatically before casting special

.Use Sinister Strike, Mutilate etc in place of Backstab if you want other abilities.
* Stealth if not in combat, else Vanish (mashable)
