I was in the Raid Finder last week, and a warrior from another server tried calling me out for using Cloak of Shadows to stay in during Morchok’s Black Blood phase . “Hey, that rogue didn’t run out, that’s not fair,” he complained in raid chat. The last time I checked, all is fair in love, war, and the DPS meters. However, there is one higher calling than DPS, and that is the success of your raid or party. Even though it’s against our nature, we occasionally have to sacrifice some of our personal DPS in order to benefit the raid.
